Important Note.
So that all the windows will come up GPS etc... before opening any simicon windows switch to the other side. Then open the simicon windows.
After this the external windows will work properly in both sides.
Unzip the files and copy the panel folder to the desired FS2004 Aircraft folder. Extract the Gauges folder to the FS9 Root directory. Rename the existing panel as panel_orig before extracting the panel into the aircraft folder.
